"No Malarkey" baking instructions

This cookie is based on an old family recipe, brought through Ellis Island from Croatia in 1922. With nothing in her pocket and speaking no English, Mildred prospered in America, building a family that has spanned three generations of hard-working tax-paying Americans.

Thousands of batches of these cookies have been baked through the years, proving that good things can come from immigrants.

Preheat oven to 350°.
